This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the service was exceptional, and the Spa Lounge was a relaxing retreat that fulfilled all of our beauty treatment needs.
The one minor issue we encountered was with the sauna's high temperature; it was too hot for our liking.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings by foot. Rooms are equipped with individual reading lamps and comfortable beds, while breakfast options are plenty. There are also facilities like a gym, pool tables and table tennis available for entertainment.
The hotel's décor is quite dated and lacks character, especially in the elevator and safe box.

Great value for an excellent five-star hotel! the beds were comfortable which ensured that we had a good night's sleep. We were pleased with the breakfast buffet that had many options to choose from. the hotel is in an ideal location, with many key tourist destinations nearby and easily accessible.
The WIFI connection in the rooms was not always reliable, which meant that we had to call for technical support quite often. the hotel needs to address some guests smoking in the no-smoking areas;

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in the center of town was convenient for us. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the fact that the hotel had good parking and transportation facilities. Also, the breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious.
